CSA Membership
What is a CSA and what joining our CSA means
A CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program is a simple and meaningful way for you to enjoy fresh, local food while directly supporting our small family farm. When you join the Pittstown Poultry or Pittstown Pork and Beef CSA, you purchase a share of our farm raised products in advance. This helps us plan, raise, and care for our animals responsibly — and guarantees you a steady supply of farm-fresh products.
We currently offer two CSA Options
Pittstown Poultry CSA
Enjoy a rotating selection of our pasture-raised chicken and farm fresh eggs. Shares may include whole chickens, assorted cuts, eggs, and other seasonal poultry products.
Pittstown Pork and Beef CSA
Stock your freezer with locally raised meat each month. Each share includes 3-4lbs of ground beef from Bandit Cattle Co. and 3-4lbs of our sausage, with occasional additional pork products included throughout the season.
Joining our CSA means:
- Fresh, high-quality meat and eggs directly from our farm
- Priority access to limited-quantity products
- Seasonal variety and rotating cuts
- Supporting a local, small family farm and the animals we raise

We offer three different tiers. Each tier is a 3 month membership. Our next CSA will run September-November
The Starter Coop
$150
3 - month membership.
Each month your box will include:
- 1 whole chicken (approx 3-4lbs)
- Rotating chicken cuts (2-3lbs total)
- 1 dozen eggs
- Everything in the photo for just $50
Delivered right to your door the first Monday of the month
The Family Roost

A 3- month membership
Each month your box will include:
- 2 whole chickens (approx 3-4lbs each)
- Rotating chicken cuts (5-6lbs total)
- 1 flat of eggs (2 1/2 dozen)
- Everything in the photo for just $110

The Grand Flock
$600
3 - month membership
Each month your box will include
- 4 whole chickens (approx 3-4lbs each)
- Rotating chicken cuts (8-10lbs total)
- 2 flats of eggs (5 dozen)

The Homestead Share

A 3- month membership
Each month your box will include:
- 3-4lbs ground beef
- 3-4lbs pork sausage (rotating cuts of maple, sweet Italian, hot Italian, and bratwurst)
